Want to make an even bigger impact at the 2023 SHOT Show? Have a little extra room left in your budget? If yes, it may make sense to consider adding on a sponsorship or two (now or in the future). Different sponsorships are designed to serve different purposes, so you’ll need think strategically to maximize your investment. In our next SHOT Show Exhibitor Academy session on Sept. 7, Robyn Davis of Exhibitors WINH will share some key considerations for evaluating sponsorship opportunities and highlight a few of her favorite options for different types of exhibitors, including you. Plus, she’ll review the most important actions you can take to squeeze extra value out of any sponsorship you choose (so you don’t have to leave your results up to chance, like many other exhibitors/sponsors do) and answer any questions that are top of mind. The airport had its busiest month in history in June, with 4.68 million passengers flying in and out of Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. This was a 22.9 percent increase over June of last year, and the airport surpassed its previous all-time record of 4.61 million passengers set in October 2019. Domestic arrivals and departures were up 18.2 percent compared to last June, while international travel increased by 357 percent. — Zach Maddox, NSSF
Short SHOTs
Two-Michelin-star recipient chef Tetsuya Wakuda has teamed up with 50 Eggs Hospitality to open the first Wakuda location in the United States at The Palazzo. Pro tip: Be. On. Time. The sequencing of plates depends on it.
Two worlds collide at Resorts World Las Vegas with the opening of Carversteak and Crossroads Kitchen. Carversteak, not surprisingly, will feature a premium steakhouse menu, while Crossroads Kitchen is an entirely vegan restaurant.
